Cancellation Policy

Paid premium access is sold via Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC) as the merchant of record. The contracting party for the purchase and the addressee of a withdrawal is therefore Lemon Squeezy, not the operator of the Library. The authoritative cancellation policy is the one Lemon Squeezy provides during the order process and in the order confirmation. The following notice additionally informs you about your statutory rights.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the seller Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC, contact via the order process or support@lemonsqueezy.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

A note first: in the statutory model text below, “we” refers to the seller, that is Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record, not to the operator of the Library.

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

Address your withdrawal to Lemon Squeezy, either via the address in your order confirmation or through their support. Feel free to write to info@systrastudios.de in parallel, we then remove access once the refund is settled.

We collect the express consent to immediate performance before checkout: without the confirmation ticked, no purchase is started. The time of consent is documented on the order.

For a contract for the supply of digital content not stored on a physical medium (for example access to components, code, and resources), the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun to perform the contract after you have

1. expressly agreed that we may begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and
2. confirmed your awareness that, through your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins.
