Terms and Conditions
As of: 2026
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to the use of the Systra Studios Library (hereinafter the “Library”) as well as to all free and paid services offered through this website. Conflicting terms of users do not apply unless we expressly agree to their validity.
2. Provider and Contracting Party
The providers of the Library are Leonie Roesmann and Amelie Roesmann. The full contact and provider details can be found in the legal notice.
Payment processing for paid services is handled by our payment service provider. This provider may act as the seller (merchant of record); in that case, its terms additionally apply to the payment process.
3. Services
The Library provides ready-to-copy React components, sections, code snippets, additional tools (including the Style Extractor and MCP access), and resources (images and color palettes). Some services can be used free of charge. Extended features and content are available as part of a paid premium access.
The specific scope of services follows from the description on the website that is current at the time the contract is concluded.
4. Registration and Conclusion of Contract
A user account is required for certain features. A contract for the chosen service is concluded when you complete a paid access through the provided checkout process. The contract language is German.
5. Prices and Payment
The prices stated on the website at the time of the order apply. All prices include statutory value added tax where applicable. Depending on the chosen option, payment is due either once or on a recurring basis.
6. Term and Cancellation
Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) renew for the chosen period unless they are cancelled in good time before the end of the billing period. One-time payments (lifetime) grant permanent access in accordance with the service description. Cancellation is possible via the user account or by message to the contact details stated in the legal notice.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details and the conditions for early expiry in the case of digital content can be found in our cancellation policy.
8. License and Usage Rights
With a valid access you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use, adapt, and publish the provided components and code snippets as part of finished websites and applications, in unlimited own projects and client projects, both personal and commercial.
The license is per person (named user), not per team. In agencies and teams, every person who actively works with the Library needs their own access. Passing on the account or sharing an access with additional people is not permitted.
If you hand over a finished project to a client, that client may keep and continue to use the source code integrated into the project. However, the client does not thereby obtain their own access to the Library, nor any right to reuse the components outside the delivered project.
It is not permitted to resell or redistribute the components, code snippets, or the Library, even in modified form, to offer them publicly as templates or as your own component library, or to build a competing product from them.
The provided images, textures, and color palettes may likewise be used in personal and commercial projects. Additional notes can be found on the resources page. Here too: no resale and no distribution as a standalone collection.
A personal MCP key is assigned to a single person and may not be used by or passed on to several people. In the event of apparent account or key sharing, we reserve the right to restrict or block access.
9. Fair Use and Usage Limits
The Library is intended for regular use by individual users. To ensure stable operation and a fair distribution of resources for everyone, technical daily limits apply: downloading images and copying components is each limited to a reasonable number per day and account. We may adjust the specific limits for objective reasons (for example to protect against overload or misuse).
In particular, automated or systematic retrieval, downloading, or copying of content on a scale that goes beyond personal project use, as well as any circumvention of these limits, is not permitted. In the event of apparent misuse, we reserve the right to temporarily restrict or block access.
10. Availability
We strive for high availability of the Library, but we do not owe uninterrupted availability. Maintenance work, further development, and disruptions beyond our control may lead to temporary restrictions.
11. Liability
We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health. In the case of simple negligence, we are only liable for the breach of an essential contractual obligation, and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise liability is excluded. The provided content is created with care, but no guarantee is given for freedom from errors or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Changes to the T&C
We reserve the right to adjust these T&C with effect for the future, insofar as this is necessary for an objective reason and users are not unreasonably disadvantaged as a result. We will notify you of material changes in a suitable manner.
13. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this applies only insofar as it does not restrict any mandatory protective provisions of the state of their habitual residence. Should a provision of these T&C be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
