How do you write a useful FAQ section?
An FAQ section answers the questions that stop people from buying or booking, before they have to ask. The sections here present questions as an accordion, tabs by topic, an editorial split with an image, tiles that reveal the answer and panels that wipe open.
Collect real questions from emails, calls and sales talks, not the ones you wish people asked. Answer each one in the first sentence, then add detail. Six to ten questions per page is a good range; more belong on a help page with search. The answers are text on the page, so search engines and AI assistants read them too. Each section is a single React file with Tailwind classes.

Six to ten on a landing page. Group more than ten by topic in tabs, or move them to a separate help page.
Yes, when the answers are real text on the page. They match the questions people type into search engines and AI assistants. Google now shows rich results for FAQ markup almost only for government and health sites, so write for people first.
An accordion from about six questions, so visitors can scan. With three or four short answers, showing everything is faster to read.
