When does an animated headline earn its place?
Type effects move the lettering itself: words rise out of a mask, a line tightens as you read, letters come into focus one after another, a word changes on a beat. The 58 effects here are sorted by what sets them off: appearing, scrolling, hovering or a loop. You can try almost every one with your own text on the page before you take it.
An animated headline earns its place when it runs once and then stands still. If it loops, or the reader waits for the last letter, it costs more attention than it brings. None of these effects is meant for body text. Most use framer-motion, a few need only CSS. With reduced motion the text is there in full right away.

Yes. The toolbar has "Use your text". Almost every preview picks up what you type there straight away. Effects that need digits or a single word keep their own sample.
Usually Framer Motion, a few need nothing but CSS. What an effect needs is written on its card and again in the detail view. The components are built for React with Tailwind.
The effects check prefers-reduced-motion and show their end state without any movement. The text is there, it simply does not fly in.
