How should a blog overview look?

A blog overview helps readers find the next article and shows that the site is alive. The sections here present posts as card grids, a lead story with a list beside it, magazine layouts, journal rows with a large lead image, case studies on gradient cards and editorial splits for travel and food content.

Show the title, a one-line summary, the date and a reading time. A strong image helps, but the title has to work on its own, because that is what search engines and link previews show. Put the newest or most important post first and keep the rest in a calm grid. Each section is a single React file with Tailwind classes; the posts are an array you fill from your CMS.

Title, a one-sentence summary, date and reading time. Category and author are optional. The image supports the title but does not replace it.

Yes. The posts are an array of objects in the file. Replace it with data from your CMS, such as Sanity, Contentful or Markdown files.

They cover the overview and featured posts. For the article itself, use your framework's page template; a readable column of 60 to 75 characters per line is a good start.
