We read the skin before we touch it.

Forty minutes with a lamp, a magnifier and a lot of questions. What you use at home matters more than anything we could do here in an hour.

One room, one hour, one pair of hands.

No parallel beds, no assistant taking over halfway. The person who looked at your skin is the person who works on it.

Six ingredients, never more.

Everything we mix is made in the room next door, in small batches, without perfume. What is not needed does not go in.

Set one by one, in the direction they grow.

Two hours, roughly ninety lashes per eye. We follow the line that is already there instead of drawing a new one.

A plan for the four weeks after.

You leave with three products and a short note on when to use them. If something feels wrong in between, you write to us, not to a form.
